The team at Leading From Where You (LWYA) possesses over five decades of training, management and consulting experience in a diverse set of industries. Barbara Vega, as CEO and President, has been a freelance consultant since 2000. She holds a degree in Economics and Management of Human Resources from the University of Pennsylvania along with a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from California State University. She spent over ten years as an Educational Administrator and Director of Training for adult learners in career-oriented training.
